two diagnosed in two days!

I think this is the first "how to make it slower" post :D

Bushie, I think the cam is already a bit retarded, not on purpose, because it's leaning a bit to the back of the engine when you put a rule on top of the cam. Thanks for the advice but your solution will give me too much work, he just will have to deal with it :mrgreen: Maybe if I could miss a tooth on the sprocket I would try it 8)

the gear is just soft enough to file but the file must be new, its not particularly difficult to do it.

thicker headgasket maybe ? adjust the rear brake to drag ..... make him tow you or put a big restrictor in the exhaust or intake, cut off one of the intake and exhaust actuating arms so its only 1 intake and one exhaust valve :D

About this bike and this post, 2 weeks ago me and my friend went to ride and came up to a more technical uphill and my friend fell, we spent 1 hour trying to start the bike. When it started, went to the second attempt, same result, another hour to start the bike, so desperate that even changed the stator position by the eye, PS, etc. When it started we decided to go home, and I said to my friend "let me take your bike home", it was only maybe 20 Km. So I remembered this post, and on the way home I reved it like a stupid ... and reved it again (not my finest moment). When we arrived home I stoped the bike and started 3 times at first kick, even with the stator out of place and PS in one position that I don't know.
After my friend told me "I can't break in this engine so you ride the bike for me", so last weekend I went ride the bike, it took some kicks to start it cold, but after was ok. I rode it for 3 hours as hard as I could (now not beeing stupind), came home washed the bike and after started at second kick.

Does any one has a decent explanation for this ????

bike designed and set up to be ridden hard works better when ridden hard its not very complicated :?

You are not being censored per se..........I removed several recent posts that had to do with Bobzilla's recent post, and you referenced one of those in a post you made so I had to remove that one too. Along with another quote that someone else had put in their post.

Zaga,

You quoted a portion of a post made by either Taffy or Bushie, and you made a comment about that.

I removed the posts made by Taffy and Bushie, but your quote from one of those posts remained in your post, as well as a comment made about that quote.

Therefore since I removed the other posts made by Taffy and Bushie, I had to remove your post since it contained verbiage that was in either Taffy or Bushies post.
