had a leak from the head gasket so took the head off to replace the gasket and as i looked closer found out the engin has been tuned,i have oversize valves and ported head also an oversized piston and bore would this explaine why starting is dificult and running at low revs is lumpy and chugs alot as if beeing fuel starved but about half throttle is pulls like a train.when i set the mixture screw it will only increase the revs when the screw is only half a turn out and not the standard two and a half but im afraid of running it to lean so have it at two turns out the plug indicates rich mixture so what should i do?carb is standard phm40 all standard jets and settings on the needle.this bike was baught suposidley as standard 2003.i might sell it if i cant sort the running out so if some one wants one in the uk email me
