I’ve installed 8 TuBliss setups (love them) all were very easy except the last one. Low pressure leaked from high pressure side. Turned out that the screw between the rim and the HP tube was about 5mm up from the HP tube causing the leak. Took it apart screw it down It’s all good now. Stupid thing but it can make You crazy

looks a brilliant set up. I know two sidecar crossers that swear by it. what do you pump the little tub eup to then?

110psi high pressure have run it as low 80psi , low pressure front and rear 8 to 12. I have a compressor also a bicycle pump it can go as high as 160psi. One time I rode for 10 miles on NO pressure low side didn’t know it till I got back to truck. Did make a noise while riding like a car with low tire pressure. Moderate riding at that time. Great product not so good on customer support.

We run Tubliss here in South Africa, lots of rocks and thorns (Big thorns, often 5cm long). Tubliss works really well especially running at low low pressures, almost flat. Only negative is that it a high maintenance system, inner tube 7bar (about 100psi) must be checked before each ride. Sealant must be used in the tyre, and must be checked or topped up every now and then as it can dry out. Punctures in the bush still occur, but easily plugged with a standard car tyre plug. Will never go back to tubes.
