Tripmaster Switch?

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if anyone had tried the Husaberg tripmaster switch Part # 548.14.073.000 on their 2009-2011 FE. I got one the other day, and while it seems simple enough to plug in electrically, I cannot figure out where I'm supposed to mount the damn thing! I might just return it, but I really do hate trying to use those worthless buttons on the speedo.

Thanks, Blumpkin.

I like having mine, makes life much easier when dual sport riding. I also have one on my 950. Mine are mounted on the right side of the handle bars just outside of the light/kill switch, you can change modes/adjust milage on the fly.

Thanks Lostalaskan,
Did you bolt it to anything using the bracket it's mounted on, or did you make your own mount?

I have mine mounted on the left side using the stock bar mount and it hangs over the clutch perch. However, if you are crafty, you can use the the center machine to screw to mount it to your clutch perch by drilling and tapping your clutch perch on top.

They are well worth the effort to have on the bike IMHO.
