Nothing to it... works perfectly... all though, you might want to get another bracket than the stock one.. I made my own from a piece of sheet metal..

i fitted one of these last month to my 650 doddle to fit as you get every thing you need in the kit i paid a little bit more and got the surrounding and a better bracket to hold it , the speedo works of a magnet which they give you in the kit , you take out one of your disk bolts and fit the sender to your brake caloper or wot i did i fitted mine to my plastic fork protecters and secured them with pot rivets. brilliant piece of kit , the other good thing with them is the water temperature gauge just gives you that piece of mind and if you want to do a digital speedo on the cheap you can go to a local biscycle shop and use one of there speedos which you can pick up for about £15 as they work on the same principal

Just wrap the wire around the plug lead. Had one on my xr, worked fine. A few guys were having issues and trailtech just told them to wrap it round the lead
