Yes.
For the indicator lights (Fi, Highbeam, Low fuel), you just need to trim the OE plastic mount to fit around the Voyager. Its pretty self explanitory once you start trying to fit all together.
The external antenna should mount on the rear fender as well. So routing it under the tank to the rear is another small chore. Everything fits nice, and is worth the time/effort in my opinion. Knowing where your at, and where your going, in a place youve never been, its worth it
