I just wanted to comment in here for a just a minuite, Yes Im a Tm Dealer, and I want you all to know that TM has Several SuperMotard Bikes Available, and this is the best part....
I spoke on Friday to Kevin Crowther Technical Director for AMA Pro, and he told me that to Race a TM SuperMotard all you have to do is have the Bikes available in the US, No Minuim number of bikes.....They are waiving the Homolagation Process because they want to get as many competitors into this sport, as it is in thier eyes up and comming here in the US.....
Well Motocross is completely different, becuase you have to have 100 bikes in the Us of the model that is competing to qualify for the AMA Amature Class, Same thing for Pro however you have to have 400 Bikes in the Us of whatever model is racing and you have the Distributor or the Manufacture pay $3,000 per bike to be Homolagated, that is for each bike and that is good for 5 years....
So like I said for pro and Amature SuperMotard the AMA is waiving the Homolagation Process, That is a great thing, and I wanted to pass this on to all of you. In case you were interested in the TM Line.
Here is some infor that I would like to further pass on to you Super Motard Racers
