from what i saw today i wouldn't want ti valves in any bike of mine.
knew that they liked to stretch and today saw a husky piston with one of the valves embedded in the top of the piston.
full story, though is that the owner hadn't kept up with servicing, knew there was something not quite right but kept riding, for several months, until the valve snapped.
should of asked to have the piston to put on the shelf as a reminder to do routine maintenance.
from just reading the owners doc and looking on line in respect of valves, to pervert a saying - "you can have cheap, reliable, titanium. pick any 2"
