Tips/Advice on boring Keihin FCR carb bigger?

Im going to bore my 41ml carb out to a larger bore,
Any tips or advice appreciated from those who have done this to there carb?
thanks in advance.
 
Dave Hopkins AKA 'DJH' over at KTMTalk bores the standard FCR carb out to 43mm for a nominal fee.
