HI,
Could someone explain in depth and in detail how one is to setup / handle / load the timing chain tensioner on 2009 FE 450 Husa? The manual reads on page 124 "Press the timing chain tensioner together completely." Next it says "Place two spacing washers or similar aids next to the timing chain tensioner piston. This ensures that, when pressed in, the piston cannot go in all the way." And then "Release the timing chain tensioner."
So which advise is correct, to compress fully or not?
Thanks, Tumpelo.
