thicker headgasket?

did someone say that husaberg do a thicker headgasket? or was it me!!!!

I had mentioned that once. Dan The Man at Motoxotica got me the thicker head gasket for my 01 470.

Can I ask a question as to why would you want a thicker gasket?
Wouldn't that decrease the compression?

Maybe he has a leaky head gasket? Perhaps the stocker is too thin and doesnt seal properly?

perhaps he once had the perfect squish gap but now has piston slap making the piston 'tilt' at one end and tap the piston.

get a new piston taffy boy!

Did not think it was possible to have that much piston slap!Is the piston contacting the head?.What are you seeing Taff.

yep!

behind the exhaust valves. on that plaeau-same area on piston. got the shot blast look....

well i did have the perfect squish whatdaya expect?

the piston was undersize last summer :twisted: :twisted:
