Thanks to those who have shared the info on this site without it I would never of being able to complete my rebuild.She's running so sweet now with new main bearings one of my mates offered to swop his Husqvarna 510 sm for my fs 450 .

The concentricity on the crank was out 0.05 as stock but with the new bearing fitment it has being rebalanced to within 0.02, I guess this may be the reason for her running so sweet.

I had some water weeping from the water pump initailly (+/- 20 ml in total ) but that has gone now i guess this can be because of overfilling or something .

Glad to hear about your success.

If your water pump seal was new with your rebuild, the weeping you saw is common until it seats. You shouldn't have any problem with it for quite a while.
