that's not a full URL. Anywhere you see "%20", it's the browser's way of handling spaces in your file name. The end of your URL is "%" which was going to be a space, but got cut off :)

I humbly suggest that you save your files without spaces(use _ instead) and that alone will solve a lot of image posting problems. Also make sure you have the whole image URL.
