question..
does anyone know if the cam chain tensioner from 05 onwards have more throw or adjustment than the early 01-02.

The 05 is the same as the 01-02 with the aluminum extension removed, therefore it will have less overall extension. Use the 05 cam chain guide with the 05 tensioner. Check the "doc" for details.

I can confirm the nylon 03 tensioner (200 329-01) is thinner than the later version. So the later version on an 03 gives much more adjustment - All 15 clicks still to go - I know, i've just fitted it tonight.
