Hi all just purchased a 2012 te300 getting it road legal here in the uk but have a few problems first up is the electric start doesn't work thought it might be battery so hooked up jump leads and nothing just a clicking on the relay thing next to the battery checked fuses both ok,next up is the rear light, brake lights work but no rear light at all see its a sealed unit! headlights work fine.Last thing is the horn brand new never used but doesn't work dug out what I assume is the wiring two spade like connections but nothing!Any help appreciated as driving me mad already!!

What were you using to jump? I would rule out possibility of poor connections first on everything as this is common. To ensure starter, test by jumping directly to starter solenoid (put current direct to starter to ensure starter is working, then work your way back through the system if you don't have access to a test light or multi-meter. With a test light or multi-meter check each circuit such as your horn, push button on if test light lights up then you can check your ground. Grounds can corrode if bike sits for a while.

I would start with one thing at a time when posting so the helpers here can walk you through each and rectify the issue, then move on to the next and before you know it your all up and running.

If you need guidance doing any tests or have questions feel free to pm me and I can walk you through. I have almost all bike schematics on hand and am a automotive electrical tech with tons of bike experience :)
