Has anyone purchased a tall seat? I have a '07 FE550 and would like to buy one but don't know where to go or how much they cost. Preferably within Australia if possible.

I've got one on my '06 FE 450 and love it. It's not a major change but it is noticeably taller and most importantly...SOFTER! I don't know where you can get one in your area, but if you feel like going international, I can highly recommend a shop here in Medford, OR that you can buy online. www.bikebarnmc.com

ballards stock SDG tall seats , they are firmer than most tall seats and once they wear in they
are comfortable .

I have owed the Hard parts seat and the Guts Racing seat. The guts is a little softer but the blue didn't match the rest of the bike, but I think they have changed this. Given the choice I would buy the Guts.

Husaberg aus stock them. No idea of price but I have one & they look & feel right. Contact your local berg dealer for a price.

A bonus with the factory Berg tall seat, it comes complete, assembled, with all hardware, ready to install. You then have two complete seats. No stapling a cover over foam. Also, these seats fit all Bergs back to 2000, so one might find a home for the stock seat if you don't wish to store it.
