Tall Rider - Need help setting up FE570

I am not too tall, 6-2 with a 34/35 inseam I am having an issue with my toes hanging lower than the brake pedal when I am sitting up in the seat. So far I have installed the Husaberg tall seat and adjusted the rear brake push rod to lower the pedal as far as it could go. I still need to lower the pedal a little. Does anyone have any ideas or am I going about it the wrong way? I also bought the Fastaway footpegs that can be adjusted lower and back a little which would give me more room in the cockpit. However, the lower pegs also put my feet lower in relation to the brake lever.

I'm 6'4 and had the same problem. Just cut the plunger on the rear break cylinder. If u look at it for a min u will c what Im talking about.

Looking at the plunger, it looks like I could cut off the end nut and it would leave just a little skinny nut to hold in place when you tighten the holding bolt.
Is that right?

Thanks alot for helping me out. I will cut it off, put on some thinner nuts, and try it out.

First I cut the end nut off the plunger and tried it out. The bolt that went into the plunger was too long so I cut off about 5 threads. Put everything back together and it worked perfectly. Cutting the plunger bolt adds almost another inch in the amount that you can lower the brake pedal. I think I will get an extra plunger bolt for a spare.

always set you brake lever to work when stood up!

the brake should be just waiting off the tip of your toe. ideally you never brake sat down. exception; the streets or when resting in a tough race. get it right and it will vastly improve your riding because there are times when the only way out of the sh** is the rear brake. you can't progress as a rider till you do this - simple as.

hope this helps.
