looking for anyone who has one of these tailpieces on their bike/ probably a 1990-1996? do you have it with the taillight?

I have a 1998 with brake light on that black piece.... the "tailpiece" I have is is about 11 inches though with license plate mounted directly under brake light.

It looks like it since there is a spot that it fits exactly with..... a couple of photos for you to decide

RSACO555 yours is the same as a later one from 98 or 99 etc.
