Oh dear, glad it is the boss that pheqed up!!!! had a customer who wanted a better deal so i tried to explain till in the end I just simply said something like; "call me and use your card".

they are really coming down hard on anyone trying to do any business away from the ebay pages and telling people how to contact you for a chat is getting very tricky. they are banning all phone numbers in adverts and something else along those lines.
