Swingarm stress

Havin a bit of trouble with my swinger.
Thought it was just worn bearings/bushes, but the more i look at it - the more i think its somet else. The bearings and bushes look fine.

The problem i have is when the swingarm pivot bolt nut is tightened to about 60Nm, the swinger tightens up - the correct torque is 100Nm - at that i dont think the swingarm would move

All the parts for the swingarm are present as to the doc.

Ive noticed the bushes in the engine block are actually half a mil shy of the outer flat surface. When you look through the bushes you can see two gaps in the centre. I cant seem to find what i should have in the engine block.

Surely the engine block bushes should be flat with the casing face?

Any help appreciated

the inside of the frame wears a circular recess and also there is another 'ring' of wear on the bushes in the back of the crankcases. you may need to replace these.

Yeah, definately worn a ring on the engine bushes, just ordered some from ya

Thought it was the bearings etc but theyre all good

How the frig do you get the rear crankcase bushes out for the swingarm? :?: 8O

I dont think this is going to end well...

well i had the crankcases apart and pressed them out. the trouble with hitting them with a cold punch is that it twists the bush and sharp edges scrap away your cases.

suggest engine out, heat cases locally but not the bushes. cool them at the last moment and then you'll have to hit them. the broader area you can hit the better. or make something to press the engine out.

Done it!!!!!! Managed with engine still in frame. Made an heath robinson puller method, an give it a good tap with a hammer from other side. They came out pretty easy
