Clean clean clean clean clean lol, It is imperative to clean, then a 4047 filler rod, low heat maybe at about 50% . The 4047 rod seems to work best as it works well at low heat. Melt add a drop of rod let off let cool for a moment and continue, seem to work best for me. Cast can be a bitch sometimes as no matter how much you clean something will always boil out even when you think its spotless. Hope this helps
