Anybody have these bearings for a '06 fe450, In the US ? Mine are hammered. :(

I am quite sure i have these in stock jzfe.If you are in a hurry you can get a pivot works kit# pwsak-t03- 020 for a 03-05 30exc.The bearing and seals will work but the bushings I believe a different.
You can check these # from Husaberg.se download of the 06 fe450e parts list.Cross reference these part #using munnracing.com online KTM parts fishe then look up a pivot works kit #.I use motovan.com but these are many online cataloges. As Taffy would say "easy-peasy"

I suspect that BOSS has these as well. I bought what he had a month or so ago, but I think he said the new stock came in right away.
FWIW, I found that 95% of the slope in my swingarm was due to the SA bolt not pulling tight enough and "squeezing" everything tight. The threads on the bolt get munged up and don't allow for proper torquing of the bolt, I ended chasing the threads with the nut and then reasembling, all slop dissappeared.

Hi jzfe

The size you require are HK2218-RS
And the seals 22-20-4
Both are standard stock sizes but the pins will have to come from Husaberg I've just done mine.

RE: Re: swing arm bearings and seals

Thanks guys. I managed to save the one that had water intrusion(still wet with very little pitting). I cleaned it up and used water proof grease. The seal must be just failing, but that is what I get for waiting 2700 miles to maitain it! It is a very easy job and I should have done it much sooner, my fault. Quite a testament to how well these bikes are made, and how fun they are to ride! :D I'll order the parts and fix it right.

Ride On,
jz
