gidday can anyone help me,i have only bought a 650fe 6 weeks ago for $3900 rode it once and i cannot for the life of me start the god damn thing,oh yeah guess what its a 2002.after then seeing it has started leaking oil from side gasket all over the place i have learnt by reading of people wasting good money on these 2002 time bombs im kinda too afraid to put it in to evaluate,the rest of the bike is really good which now makes me wonder if any of these parts like wheels would fit on my ktm 520 although chain is on reverse side ,any feedback i would appreciate thanks

we have the doc on the left of the screen. go in there and have a look at it and you'll see poor starting articles. do the lot and stop whinging.
they include
new pasrt in the carb as a must
a later auto decomp
far stronger battery
iridium plug
good tappet settings
recalibrate the TDC mark and then do the timing with a strobe
try and get my sledge mod (even though I say it myself)
there is more but I say it too often.
