will it fit the new fs570, i was told it raisers the rpm by 1000,does antone know if it will plug straight on.

ok i'm gonna kick your arse for this? what are you revving it to now?

where is the power curve right now?

what is the redline right now?

do you have a rev counter on the machine right now?

the answer to all the above is 'NO'? right?

senseless. :cuss:

the talent isn't in revving it but making the engine do useful work where it can.

my stock 09 fe 570 does 165 km/hr on 13/52 gearing even considering the 17 inch wheel wouldn't you lengthen the gearing first and use that phat midrange ?

A almost stock 570, modified spoilers and acra silencer.. has its NM peek at 6800rpm and its HP peek att 7900rpm and the red limit for 570 is 9800rpm so if you not have done some tuning to cylinder head and throttlebody and some more stuff its pretty much whortless to aim for higher rpm.

from the bible according to St. David:
Theoretical redline
Many ask what the redline is on a Husaberg and unfortunately we can't give a 100% answer! The way to measure is to measure the piston speed in feet per minute. The formula used is:
S x rpm x 0.166 feet per minute
The rule is reliability but however, a factory source told Gazza that it's "4,500 ft per min".
The general rule is currently 4,50oft per minute and it goes up a little each decade. so if we take our engine and stick to that then you get the following redlines: 60.1mm stroke (400 and 470) = 11,500rpm 80mm stroke (628 engines) = 8,600rpm 82mm stroke (650s from '01 to '04 inclusive) = 8,400rpm 70mm stroke (550s) = 9,900rpm

so i reckon around 9,600 - 9,700rpm would do. I reckon to try and move the peak torque and peak HP up 1,000 revs would be a good start.

I have a 10500rpm limit on my 570 and my peek hp is at 9800rpm and then the same to 10500rpm, dont have dyno sheet here so i cant remember the nm peek. its 13hp gain from stock.. but not even close to a good tuned 650. In them we could get out around 20hp more then stock but was not a fast bike on track to much hp, so we did go way down later on ;) The 570 is a killer on track because you get on the throttle much faster in the curves and that results in same good speed at the straights anyway.
