Suspension setting for 2012 fe570

Hi all.

New here so be nice. Just bought a 2012 fe570 and I'm getting the springs upgraded to suit my weight this week. I've come off a Rmz450 and have no idea where to start with this machine. Ie no linkage.

Just looking for some magic numbers to get me started.
