Hi everyone,

I going to have my Forks and shock serviced/setup. I just don't
know where to send them. I have heard great things about Dicks in California and a few negative remarks from other suspension shops.
Who would you" the great all knowing Husaberg Community" recommend?
Thanks for for you input!! :D :D
See you in Febuary!

Clean Racing in Tustin CA. Call Steve Searcy @ 714-434-9201 tell him Dale Covington referred you.

Go with Dick's Racing. He is the WP Guru. He did my suspension and what a difference! The work may be a little pricy, but when you ride the best bike made, why go cheap with the suspension?

my 501fe-02 was very stiff-- on the small stuff- simi-slow speed . dicksracing did a great job to sofen it up on slow speed. still ok on high speed. ---whitch is slow for me. i like it stright up or stright down . no high speed. the bike sticks to the ground. just depends on what riding you do,and how fast you are!

go for dicksracing in n--ca

ride with the right hand---t-control works every time.

I had my forks and shock reworked by Dick in 1999 and had them done again last year. They are magic.

I am also looking for a suspension shop to send my forks to. Since Dick's is in California, would he recommended to set up suspension for the rocks and roots of tight woods in the northeast? There are a few shops in the northeast that seems to have good reputations, like Factory Connection. But, are they as good with *********** Forks?

Check over at KTMtalk.com, they have an excellent WP suspension forum with some of the suspension tuners participating. Terry Hay (Australian Racetech importer/tuner who developed the WP shock needle distributed by racetech - toted as the best shock mod available - and a advocate of the reactive springs) and I believe the guy from MX-Tech (good eastcoast WP tuner) are some of the contributers, along with members willing to experiment. They even have members adapting Showa(the best period) internals into the WP forks or adapting the whole Showa forks.

From what I have gathered Dick's APS fork mod is the best for the stock WP forks, and Terry's needle and valving is about the best for the shock.

We just had Dick revalve three bikes for us at the same time for offroad and moto, and all we can say is wow! He is the man when it comes to KTM or Berg work period. It feels like you are cheating!

I did it!

I sent my shock and forks to Dicks today. I,m getting the fork/shock mods and whatever it takes to make that 2 by 4 of a seat a little softer and maybe I can ride a little longer.
I will be sure to give a review, once I get them back.
Thanks for everyones input :D
