the owners manual says (06) : level at bottom of window warm and top of window cold. is this correct. i'm just wondering because i would think when warm more oil would be up in the system therefor reading lower level...

Bottom of the window cold. Check coolant level as per manual, be sure to bleed it too, or your next post will be "it's spewing coolant and over-heating"...lol...I did it :wall:

..............and keep the battery plugged into a charger or the post after that will be my e-start doesn't work............. :)

is that what the two prong female socket hanging on the right side behind the radiator is for? a charger? there's also a 5amp fuse there too, what's that about?

That sounds like the hook up for the fan.

Which is connected to the battery so connecting a charger would be fine.

Errr..... you just answered your own question there. Bottom of the window is lower than the top, unless you're upside down, of course.

All the best,
