just picked up a 450 09 of some guy.its only done 75 miles (correct 75 miles) from new.
i rode it 2 miles from my mates house where it is garaged & im pretty sure but not 100% there was no noise & everything was hunky dorey.
i got it bk to mine & decided to take the indicators off which was bit of a pain in the arse as the conectors are under the battery housing.
so when i was returning it to my mates (2miles away) i noticed a sort of whiring/whisling noise (not graunching or grinding),it happens when i rev it either with clutch in/out & it happend when u let off the gas coming to a stop.
iv just done a oil change as thought it might still hav run in oil or something else but it still does it.
the noise is coming frm rhs buy the water pumping housing the round caseing under that (clutch caseing?)its got plenty of coolant & it pisses out of the bleed/drain point when undone.
to me it smells a bit hot but i dont want to ride it to much incase it does any damage.what do u rekon chaps
