Straighten Disc

Was watching a bicycle show they used a tool to straighten the disc front or rear. So I used a 18” adjustable open end wrench to straighten my front disc on the Berg took all of 2 minutes it wasn’t that bad before I started. I Wouldn’t recommend it to a hammer mechanic but finesse mechanic it would be easy. Disc still on the bike used a zip tie as gauge to move the disc a little at time with the wrench

I see this done a lot in ScX. they get an adjustable spanner with really deep jaws and just tweak the disc a little at a time.

Went to a mechanist once to get an CD sized aluminum disc straightened. He put it in a 40 ton press and straightened perfectly. Don’t see way it would work on motorcycle discs. Except for the cost?

I have used my trusty 'shifting spanner' to straighten many discs using this method. Worked perfectly fine for me
