still no luck

hey guys ,,,
still no luck with my Brand new fe450e with 6kms on it!
has surge attack at about 1/4 throttle,,,,
they replaced stator , cleaned carby and changed jets, new spark plug,,,
they will replace coil and lead, cdi , tomorrow

but not really upset because these guys at DIRT BIKE FACTORY in wollongong , australia are great,,,they seem to be trying there best to help..

ahh well maybe i hear some good news tomorrow

so what are you saying? you're in say third gear aat 15mph on an even throttle when the bike surges backwards and forwards right?

nah not that slow,
even changing through the gears with the throttle slowly being turned it seems to hit 1/4 throttle and surge violently,,,
i did notice that as the motor god hotter it became lower in the rev range,,
i have only ever had to strokes so got to get used to 4 stroke,,and my dealer confermed that something is wrong.

what did you think problem may be?

so it happens like in fourth gear at about 30-40 mph when you're 'tramping on' as we say? even throttle yes?

at least the good news is you get 12 months warranty in australia, and when its sorted you wont be able to wipe the smile off your dial.
