after a week long battle with joeracer.com, I finally got them to ship me an oil cooler.
That was about a month ago.
With poor written instructions and incorrect installation instructions from joeracer on the phone I finally got it installed on my FS650.

after a tip over last week resulting in a broken bracket, I started calling joeracer for a replacement as well as a couple of spare brackets.

I have a ride this weekend so I was eager to get the parts.

I began calling on monday. Now its thursday & its obvious that no-one from joeracer is gonna help me. I called and left at least 12 messages as well as contacting them via e-mail thru their wesite.

the only message on their answering machine is something about an incorrect fax number.

all in all I wish I could get my $ back but I guess I would have to talk to someone for THAT to happen.

so joeracer.com joins the ranks of some of the most unprofessional & unknowledgable "fly by night" aftermarket mfgs out there.

if service after the sale, getting the right part or having knowledgable personel to answer questions is important to you...look elsewhere.

Sorry too hear bad customer service is a world wide problem.

Now, tell me is JOEracer from USA??

Not to beat a dead horse, but, when I called to inquire about the oil filter at joeacer, I was told to call back in two weeks, when I called again two weeks later, I was told to call back next month, what I really heard was, go away! Businesses like that usually don't last long. He could have taken my order and said they are a month out, but noooo :tool:

Looks like someone is throwing the glove, and yet he seems to have a good product.

What is the market for such a product on the Berg?
