You should set your stator timming, and it should be with a strobe light, if you have one or can get your hands in to one.
You can try at least to make a static set, for that you try first to make one mark on the stator like the one of the SEM. If I remember right its 33º BTDC, its 33º before the pickup coil (its the coil that its alone), but you can check on your stator.

ok, but why I must set it, when it start and runs good? Now I learn how to start that beastand I started cold engine for first kick (warm engine too). It goes to full rev 8) any ideas?? :mrgreen:
It starts first kick? Something must be wrong! I'd suggest your timing is off. It should take at least 10 kicks to start cold, five when warm. :mrgreen: You know it's running top notch when it only bump starts when being pulled by a tractor.
Or you could do like me and not mess with it if she starts and runs good. But then, I'm not an expert. :wink:

My younger brother has bought one in September he paid around 680 PLN it equal 150Euro (but it was with some kind of discount)
His bike start with first kick after about 2 mounths standing in our workshop and waiting for something which can produce spark
Last thing for his berg were matches)))))
(it produce a lot of sparks )

It is a lot of money!!!
My younger brother has paid for it 650 PLN in September 2011 it was around 150Euro. But as I said it was wit discount.
His bike is working perfectly well with this stator. It starts from first-second kick even after two weeks standing in workshop.
