Thats MISTER NED FLANDERS to you fella. Dont really wanna see the other cheek do ya?

Now Dollars
Is it definitely spinning fast enough - ie if you pull your manual decomp lever in, does it still spin at the same revvs.
Remember, a kick with the foot, generally spins the magneto faster than a starter motor if its an oldish bike. Therefore any detioration in the production of the spark would have the same effect - Clean coils and connections, to eliminate that first. If no better, use the doc and check your voltages with a multimeter.
The Bergs have to have everything set up perfect for them to work off the button on those little 12V YTZ7 s. I use 24v - starts instantly !!
Good luck
Keep us posted
Regards
Ady
