mmm? not strictly true. you need to REPAIR the starter sprgaue and the starter clutch.
I do a kit. if the nipples on the sprague show 1-2mm sied flat spots then it may be passed the last chance saloon but if you get a spring on it and the nipples are good then you should be OK.
