Last year I purchased SRT rad guards. These seem to some of the better designs I have used with full protection from rocks, mud as well crash protection.
So:
Last week I noticed the blue anodizing was bleaching and was kind concerned as I did spend a good dollar on these and wouldn't expect this to happen.
I did contact SRT directly through email. I was happy to receive a response asking me for photos and about the problem. I followed up with the request.
After a few questions the customer service rep advised that he would be pleased to replace the rad guards. I responded that this would be fine.
I didn't even get a chance to discus the return policy or anything. A couple days latter I had received a box with the new guards.
I still have the old ones and was not asked to return, I was not asked for proof of purchase, I was not asked anything just sent the replacement.
This has to be the best customer service that I have ever received from any manufacture ever. I am very pleased and am letting others know about the great service they provide.
My last problem was with Excel and they offered to send me a new rim at cost plus shipping in what turned out more than buying at the local dealer lol.
