what i can tell you is that i couldn't split the spring and then put it together correctly. if you do better then let us all know! it's like you need a two-way barb to go inside the spring. another way is to take the spring off a smaller rubber seal. we need to measure the present diameter or circumference and then find a similar but smaller spring. it could be better to buy say a widdle tiny oil seal for £1.22 and remove the spring.....
isn't it about time someone had a go at this who had the slipping sprague?
