Hi

Just pulled out my new husaberg out of the crate. Had to remove the right louver to get to a coolant leak, and found one of the nuts inside the tank is spinning on one of the three 8mm bolts. This is a real hasel as I can see no way of fixing this problem.

I can see that with time this is gonna happen to all three nuts on each side.

Any ideas

Brand new. I would be straight back to the dealer and let him sort out the best option for you.

is this the same bolt that there are numerous threads about for the '09's

the one the has some flats for a very thin spanner or just stick another spanner on the other side to stop it all spinning?

This is different from the poly truss sub frame that we had heard about before. The new gas tank has inserts. Definitely back to the dealer for replacement.

As far as the future goes, a good dose of quality anit seize applied liberally will keep this from happening.
