Hello guys.I am new in the area but I used to read topics the last months in the site and are very usefull!I believe that this site is a gift specially for someone new in bergs.I own a 2007 fs 650 e and I want to ask if someone knows where can I find the special tools that are necessary for assembling-disassembling the engine,except OEM kit.I couldn't found something on ebay so I thought that is time for my first question.

The only tools you really require is a flywheel puller, gear quadrant to hold the gears to tighten and untighten nuts , and clutch holding tool whitch you can make your self from old clutch plates.you can pretty much get by without the rest.

Pencil and claw hammer, as well as a bottle opener, so you can open a fresh one when you're about to blow.

The only tool you HAVE to buy is the flywheel puller, do not attempt to remove the flywheel with a 3 arm puller, even tough there are slots in the flywheel where the 3 arm puller fits in perfectly. If you a real stubborn idiot you can try it, but this will be the result 
Beware that the older style Husa has a different ignition than the new, so maybe the pullers used are different, I am sure somebody here will know.
One tool I kinda copied from the Husa OEM tools is the case splitting tool. Real simple, make a template out of cardboard, drill the holes around 20mm so you have got lot's of room for error, use big washers to attach the tool, and voila custom made very cheap tool wich works perfect.
The rest of the tools, like camchain rivet set, valve removal tool and such I bought off off Ebay.co.uk, lot's of cheap tools there.

I was searching to find online parts when I discover one site with oem parts and special tools for bergs.The only restriction was that if you like to create your own workshop with the tools that the service manual appears,you will have to pay more than 500 euros without shipping.So that conversation is really informative.

And while I'm asking, does a KTM flywheel puller work? I know the flywheel retaining nut is LH, but are the removal tool threads the same?

It pushes on the crank, I've drilled holes for the LH and the RH case in the same plate, so when I have split the cases, I can then use the tool to push out the crank from the one case half.

Don't know the one I have is 26mm, normal RH thread, pitch is 1, brand name is Buzzetti. This one is for the SEM ignition. Don't know if the Kokusan ignition on the newer Huseys uses the same.
The thread for the flywheel retaining nut is on the crank, the thread used to pull of the flywheel is on the flywheel itself.
Thank you for the information. I was hoping the case splitter would not push on the crank. I don't like the idea of "pinching the crank"; but I guess it is only enough force to break the sealant. I expect the roller bearing inner race will just slide through the rollers.

There is very little force involved when splitting the cases, I just applied a little tension on the puller, then tapped the rear of the cases where the swingarm bolt goes, with a teflon hammer and it just popped apart.
