MY STATOR ARRIVED TODAY AFTER A VERY SHORT WHILE

WHACKED IT STRAIGHT ON MY BIKE AND ALL IS SUPERB NOW !!!!

MY BIKE BIKE STARTED AFTER JUST 4 KICKS FROM COLD AND I HAVE NO CHOKE (BEEN LEFT FOR 2WEEKS)

STARTS FIRST TIME FROM WARM.....

VERY HAPPY WITH IT

VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORKMANSHIP !!!!!!

ALROUND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY WITH TROUBLE LIKE I HAD WITH MY 501 INTERMITANT STARTING !!!!!

Just fitted my rewound stator from Sparks at the weekend.....I now have a totally different bike. It's about 2 deg C outside at the moment. I went in to the garage, did 5 slow kicks with choke on. Turned choke off and ignition on then 3 reasonable kicks and it fired up and idled around 1500rpm no probs. MAGIC!!!!!

Could I get some contact info on Sparks?

Also has anyone upgraded their start motors on the FE650. I would still prefure using the E start to get the bike running. This might require me to install a larger battery.
