Ok well I got out the trusty ol multimeter and tested my stator......contacts were rusted very badly when I got the bike, but I polished them to shiny....but I don't have a spark and there is no reading when I test red to black.....green to black has minimal reading. I assume this means I need a rewind.
Is there anyway to check my ignition box to make sure that it is ok? I have been studing previous posts that the ignition does not give much problems.
02 FX 650....no lighting, or estart. Only a kill switch.
If you think I need a rewind Sparks....PM me the info so I can get it to you.
OR!!!! if anyone has a spare that the would trade me for the price of a rewind so I could be riding soon please let me know. I know that is a waste of typing, but you never know.
