Went for a ride today and the bike seemed to be very easy to stall! It was also VERY hard to start when hot!
Also my electric start wasn't working at all even though I keep the battery on an optimiser all the time it's in the garage! I had a look and whipped off the starter which spins freely when hooked up to a battery directly. This would lead me to believe the solenoid has packed up. The fuses are ok and when I hit the button can hear/feel the solenoid 'trying' to engage! Are these serviceable?
On to the starting when hot issue... Would this sound like valve clearances?
