snowberg

Hey there Captain,

They were at one time part of the site (introduction), and they were even supposed to show up at the last Moab ride and bring some of the bikes for playing with up in the mountains (thread).

They never showed up to the ride, and they simply disappeared. That's not uncommon in this community :)

Still an awesome video though, huh?

thanks,

I saw these guys today at the Snow Show here in town. All I can say is I'M GETTING ONE. They are cool!!!!! I've been looking at these for a long time as I like to snowmobile but don't like storing them, plus I'm 6-6 so setting one up for my height is expensive. They are now ramping up to full production this year after 10 years of development. I signed up for a test ride. They plan on bringing a fleet of 15 bikes on the road this winter to various places in the PNW for rides. Provided it works as advertised and can handle powder, I don't see why I would ever get back on a sled. The kit is $4200 (ouch) but couple it with my $2500 FX470e and I've got a great bike and sled for under $7k. You can't beat that. The sales girl is going to send me a video next week showing them more in action. I'm stoked to get on one and see what it can do. Plus, they love Husabergs. There turnkey bike is the FE650 and you get a sled kit and wheel set for a little over $12k.

Disappeared=lurking... :wink:
We've been busy building snow kits, and the business. Big plans in the works for us and Husaberg. Can't wait for the EFI bike to materialize. That'll make the turbo more tunable. Watch our website for demo ride locations. Should have it all scheduled soon-

That looks an awesome modification. It looks more fun than Ski touring!!!! Downside...I am now back in UK and we do not get snow in Dorset{England}!

I sure hope we all get a good dose of snow this winter- but I don't think we'll make it to Minnesota this year. That's a long drive from Idaho. Grab a flight out to Boise, and come ride with us. Berg's on snow are the ultimate ride.

Most of the videos on the website (especially the climbs) are of the FE650. Man does it pull...
