Hi Guys,
Just bought my first Husaberg FE570, still to ride it as it has not stopped snowing since I bought it! Pro being that I have had lots of time to service it, add a cooling fan and give the bike a good check over.
So, I have never fitted a track kit to any bike, in fact I have never ridded a bike with a track kit but really keen on giving it a go. Have had a look at a couple of used units but not sure which one is best for the Berg. (Preparing for next Canadian winter, its only a few months away...
I like the Explorer Track kit as one does not have to remove/modify the subframe, uses the bikes rear shock and the bikes braking system. Also means that with a spare set of chain/sprogs it is an easy fit. Looks like a simple unit compared to some of the other makes/models out there.
Any ideas or suggestions from anyone that has fitted/used a kit on their Berg would be greatly appreciated. Its not an immediate project, just keeping an eye open for a good deal during summer.
Cheers.
