small tank 08's in Australia !!

Just picked up my new '08 FE650 today and it has the small 7.5L tank rather than the larger 10.5L tank of recent years, this is contrary to what the Berg website shows for AUS !

But I am happy it has the 7.5L tank.

Main issue is that my dealer has now already sold all his '08 FE650 allocation, nor more left until the '09 model arrives late next year...................crazy it seems to me.

So if you are in Oz and want an '08 jump in quick as they will ALL be soon gone. :shock: 8O 8O

Gday GAZZA, i have 2 of my 2008 650 s on the way now and had to divert 1 back to Esperance WA for an unlucky customer because he could not get one in WA. In defence of your local dealer all dealers had to pre order all 2008 stock and we were told to be a bit reserved on numbers because the 09 Berg will be released a lot earlier than normal and more will be shipped in. Once we ordered that was it we couldnt send any back or get any more. The good news for me is that i took a gamble and doubled my orders on 08 i have 5 X 650, 4 x 550 1x 450 1 x 650fs all unsold. Only 650 has been issued so far. If you know anyone who wants one contact me as i can get a good freight rate for the customer and ship them back west.
