Does anyone have a part # or vehicle application for the 20 x 22 x 18mm con rod bushing?

Thank you I have seen both options taffy has for the bush, he also has an aftermarket available that says "comes from a vehicle known for 250k"

Just needing a cross reference for whatever that vehicle is, currently found 1.8 VW/Audi engines with 20mm pins that might be a winner

If it's anything vw/audi related j can get part numbers as I'm a vw / audi specialist and run most of the dealer programs including the parts system. But id need to know a rough idea of car model and engine to do some searching and find you a part number.

so that is an early bush for anything 501 or 600. NOT after 2000.

100123h is the code.

Taffy

I'll let everyone know what I find, since it seems to be some kind of secret for a $5 brass bushing

for chist sake you tit! I tell people as much info on here as i can. I only make my living out of husabergs. you don't want to reward my help with $5 just carry on but if you think I'm going to run around after your stupid arse just to be told off for trying to secure my living and then - you, have got another thought coming!

Alright, great look for the face of a company that caters to husaberg on a husaberg forum

If it didn't cost $50+ to get one from you I would, but I'm not going to waste money and time for such a simple thing. I have BMW, VW, and Toyota bushings coming and will make sure to post an ad on ebay selling correct fitting bushes at cost since you were so welcoming!

where do you get that, i want it too!

oh mate, get your little end bushes, tell everyone and then; just **** off. please!!!!

I didn't realize a few dollar profit on a part that isn't even OEM was a trade secret, very sorry to disrupt your cash camel did not mean any disrespect and i thought the KTM guys were a bunch of *****! I'll put them on ebay and sell 2 a year, time to retire!!

Regret even offering to help you now dude. Yout attitude is ****.
I didn't quite get why you wanted to know a car cross reference part number, but if I'd have realised it was to try and undrcut a member of the forum and a decent guy, trying to make a living out of keeping these bikes going, I absolutely would not have offered help.
His parts cost what they cost, not anyone's issue other than your own. They are an expensive bike. And you can be certain if it wasn't for dedicated guys like taffy, ploughing time money into development of parts and stocking previously unobtainable items, then these bikes would be even more expensive or impossible to keep on the road.

I don't want to undercut anything or waste my time selling a cheap part to a tiny community, although I will share the info when i have it so other members can have an option that is better than $50 for a $3 part from an unstable bloke who just wants to argue

Why he even bothers responding on a public forum in such a childish fashion is beyond me

Actually the price is that of Husabergs...it's their price not mine. I just continue it at the same level. But mine are Bi-metal and not straight phospher bronze.

the price to you in the USA is 27.50gbp or $35. Don't forget the narrowing down and the schamfered edge, the trench around the outside and the drilled hole as well as then removing the drill burr on the inside. that's 4 processes. post to buy, post to my engineer, return post.

$5 part hey?

this i gotta see.
