I read a lot of topics about this problem. The starter only just manage to overcome the compression, replaced the battery, checked valves but no solution yet.
I read about a batch of decompresion pins(?) which were on the lower limit of specification. When the exhaust valves are on the higher limit of the clearance maybe decompresion is not working enough.
About valve clearance, i never paid attention to the decompression system when checking valves, should I?! I can imagine that with a working decompresion system the valves will set too loose. Am I right?

I think that member maKe had starting issues fixed with a cam replacement - iirc the cam was replaced under warranty in his case .. .?

Im new to Husabergs, so cannot say with conviction, but, Id test the voltage getting to the starter first up, if you are not getting enuf voltage no amount of effort will work.

If the battery is in good condition, and you are getting full voltage, id next check the starter is not polling.

After that, then Id be looking deeper, do the basics first.

Checked the valves today, they are all good (around 0.14mm all). Decompression mechanism is working and does not show any wear.

Next is the starter motor. Can you clean or lubricate it yourself?

Sometimes life can be really easy. Check and cleaned all connections of the starter and relais. Did not find any corrosion but the 20A fuse looked a bit dodgy. Probably squased because of the limited space below the saddle. Replaced it and did a test drive. Started about 20x without any problem:

SOLVED!
