I have been looking into getting a slipper for my FS but have not found a ton of information about them. Who makes them? Anyone besides STM and the Force Parts one? Which ones are actually available? What are the pros and cons of each? What plates go with the Husaberg slipper? Thanks!

One word answers to multiple questions. Hmmmm... OK...ummm...thanks.

OK, so what clutch plates do you use in the Suter? What does it do better than the Husaberg factory anti-hopping clutch? Why is it better than STM? Just trying to get educated before I drop $1,000... Thanks.

I don't have any experience with the Suter. The Force one is an Adler (same as the KTM Hardparts one). I haven't had one in a Husaberg, just my KTM SMR's. I like this slipper clutch. It uses the same clutch pack as your stock clutch which makes it really easy. It comes with different preload spacers (controls the engagement) and is simple to install. What kind of riding are you doing with your FS?

Suter uses original clutch pack too.

Thanks guys. I ride my bike on the track mostly, with a ride around the neighborhood thrown in every now and then.

Supermoto track riding or do you ride on bigger tracks? Either way, the slipper makes a big difference and it is most definitely a positive one. One less thing you need to worry about when riding or racing at speed. There is nothing like going 5th gear into a turn, dumping 3 gears and not having the back end lock up!

I am surprised no one here knows anything about the slippers... Need to find someone to ask...
