Slipper Clutch for Roadracing FS650

I am in the US of A. I know that Suter and the Husaberg factory slippers have been recommended. Has anyone used STM? Any pros/cons?

Suter in the US is distributed by Hinson and they don't bring in their Husaberg slipper into the US(darn it!).

Anything else I should know about slippers, as some say they are adjustable (I assume I want high degree of "break free" on high traction surfaces)?

Anyone have a good used one they want to get rid of (that bottom feeder inside me)?

TIA

Megakurt,

My friend has a low hour (15 hr) factory Berg slipper clutch he wants to sell. It fits the '08 and back models. Sorry, I don't know which brand the Berg slipper is, but I know it works very well and its plenty adjustable. PM me if you are interested.

I have not used one myself but I do know of criticisms in the UK supermoto paddock that the STM used to be a bit on the fragile side. This may have been addressed.

Hope this helps,
Simon
