side stand on fe650c

HELP !

I would like to add a side stand for when going street riding...

Does the side stand from the other fe650e / usa model bolt onto the fe650c model ?

The side stand mount is welded, not bolted, onto FSxxx-E models.

You might have to go with a clamp-on type kickstand.

still no kickstand... this really sux for trying to take the bike for a spin around town ... =(

Just lean the bike up against any available phone poles, light poles, parking meters, news racks, buildings, police cars, etc.

Or you can carry around a triangle stand with you.

I can't find the picture right now but uphere full offroad bikes are legal on the street if they are insured and plated - one day we went for a ride and wanted to stop for a snack in town so the four of us turned the fuel off and laid em down in a parking space on main street

It was a wierd sight....
