Shut down at 60mph after rebuild, won't restart anymore - 2011 FS570

I installed the first clip than put the pin through the piston/rod and I couldn't push the second clip in deep enough to seat properly....
Maybe it wass the wosner pin I was trying instead of the stock one can't remember....
Still have stock/wossner pin lying around here somewhere maybe it was just the wossner pin that wouldn't work...
The wossner pin is even lighter than stock but not much differnce carillo pin is realy heavy

This gets a bit off topic here but I got this crazy idea now that I'm tinkering again with ecus. While I usually dislike piggy back units, my eyes caught this unit:

Digital ECU Tuner 3

I have it's big brother, the standalone version EMU for my 1jz-gte powered Toyota Chaser.

Now a question for all the efi gurus out here. What kinda crank triggering / ignition pick up system the Berg runs? I was hoping to be able to run det3 and control timing with it. As it's quite cheap only around 250€,and be able to adapt to almost any modern ECU:s out there

Saw a video on youtube also where some guy had it on ktm 690 lc4 engine, and that got my interest up. Would be cheap alternative compared to other standalones for Berg (Vortex and GET).

Here are manuals for det3:

Hmmm...wonder what this **** is:

Hopefully thats just aluminium crap from the old seized piston. Came out like that when it broke down, but somewhat more. Only less than 3 hours on that oil when I drained it today. I'll give it fresh oil and 5 hours and hope that I won't get as much crap. Magnetic drain plug was quite clean, only few transmission shavings there. Can't figure out what else that could be.

Is any of it ferrous ? Looks kinda ominous, if it was me I'd check that screen again before 5 hours. My bike picked up a few bits of fiber, a few metal flakes and some sealant after the first run and cleaned up after that, top and bottom rebuild.

We'll see soon. Changed oil today to Mobil delvac super 1400 10w30 heavy duty mineral oil. Gonna run that stuff for hour or so, and drain it and inspect again.

I've seen so much crap on the mesh screen many times before so I'm not really too worried for now. I do clutchless up and downshifts most of the time, and I run Suter slipper clutch also. After too many miss shifts I get some crap on magnet and screen, and sometimes nothing.

Oh btw! I got the ECU today.

My oil screen looked like that to first oil change after rebuild it was like some kind of fabric not metal/magnetic....
Changed the oil and drained it 2 hours later nothing on it.

I recently rebuilt the top end of my FS450c and had a screen that looked awfully similar. Pulled, cleaned, new filter and new oil. Haven't run it since as it was late in the day and I just haven't gotten back to the bike. Like you, I'm hoping it's a first run after rebuild issue that does not persist. I'm a bit more concerned since it was just a top end rebuild and not new piston, rings, etc. I'll update as soon as I get her running again and recheck the oil, screen and filter. Fingers crossed, for both of us!

2 hours on Delvac and drained it:

Looks a lot more like it should be. Drain plug magnet came out clean. Oil had some sealant bits and other non-ferrous stuff very slightly. Might be the crap from the seized piston. Bike works perfectly so I hope I'm clean now. Poured fresh Delvac in and will take it now to 4 hours and check again after that.
